MCSK
(Italie-Croatia)
Marco Conti Sikic is an Italian-Croatian multidisciplinary artist and architect, whose formative years were deeply marked by a childhood spent between Rome and Dubrovnik, and the haunting backdrop of the Yugoslavian war. Art, for him became not just an escape but also a poignant means of expression amidst the turmoil of conflict. Studying Art in Rome, he immersed himself in the eternal city's vast treasures, drawing profound inspiration from its Classical and Renaissance art. These rich artistic traditions continue to be a touchstone in his ever-evolving creative journey. His work is inspired by a relentless conversation between age-old artistic influences and cutting-edge technologies. In recent years, he’s has been drawn to the realm of digital painting and generative art. As an artist and a climate and peace advocate he also collaborated on several global awareness campaigns with different international organisations, such as the United Nations and the World Economic Forum.
